Upgrade to Automated Marketing Function and Launch of New Flow Function

First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your ongoing support and usage of our automated marketing platform. We are thrilled to announce a significant upgrade to our automation marketing features, aiming to provide you with more powerful and flexible tools to better manage and execute your marketing campaigns.

Due to this upgrade, we hereby notify you that the previous automated trigger feature will be discontinued on June 16th. If you are currently using the Plexins automated trigger feature, we kindly request that you proactively disable it and transition to our Flow function. Flow will provide you with enhanced flexibility and comprehensive control to create and manage your marketing workflows. We believe this new feature will meet your advanced needs and help you achieve better marketing results.

Furthermore, as part of this upgrade, we will be optimizing and upgrading the Flow function, and we believe the new Flow feature can completely transform your experience of using our product.
In addition, please take note of the following two changes: Starting tomorrow, on June 9th, the "Create New" button will be disabled, and you will no longer be able to create new campaigns. Additionally, the "Edit" button for already created campaigns will also be disabled. This means you will not be able to make any further changes to your existing campaigns.

Moreover, please ensure to export any data information you need in advance to prevent data loss.

We want to emphasize the importance of taking action before the discontinuation date. If you fail to disable the automated trigger feature and it affects the normal operation of your store, we regret to inform you that we will not be held responsible during this transition period.
